For example, if you register for a utility rebate program you consent to our collecting and using your Personal Information for that purpose, including sharing Personal Information such as name, address, phone number, email address and equipment installed with your utility. We may share your Personal Information with partner utilities, community partners, vendors and other third-party providers who are performing services for the Company or partnering with the company in the delivery of Company services. In general, we will only disclose information to our partner vendors and third-party providers to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide for the Company. Additionally, Company may collect, analyze, and share anonymous information about, including but not limited to, energy use, electric vehicle charging information, charging system information, appliance use and purchase data and other data related to energy consumption.
