Position description:

Enhance, maintain and support multiple existing C# applications. Work onsite in Woburn, MA.

Position requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience developing and delivering commercial, enterprise-class solutions using .net client applications
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience/skills:
  • C#
  • Object oriented development and design
  • XML / Web services / SOAP (read, author, edit XML documents)
  • MySQL
  • Software-based testing (including unit testing, automation, load testing, etc.)
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Additional skills/knowledge that would be helpful:
  • GPS / GIS / location based services /Google Maps API
  • User interface design and development
  • Security issues
  • PHP / MVC framework / LAMP stack / JavasScript

Software Engineer

Position description:

Assist VP of Engineering with all aspects of development, enhancement and system operations of web-based technologies. Maintain communication with offshore development team. Manage processing of meta data across various application layers. Work onsite in Woburn, MA.

Position requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience developing and delivering commercial, enterprise-class solutions using web-based technologies
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience/skills:
  • PHP
  • MVC framework
  • LAMP stack
  • Object oriented development and design
  • JavaScript
  • XML / Web services / SOAP (read, author, edit XML documents)
  • MySQL (interact with MySQL through applications APIs)
  • Software-based testing (including unit testing, automation, load testing, etc.)
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Additional skills/knowledge that would be helpful:
  • CodeIgniter or equivalent
  • Interpret business requirements and transform into technical solutions
  • GPS / GIS / location based services /Google Maps API
  • User interface design and development
  • Security issues
  • Cloud computing, including services such as Amazon Web Services and storage
  • C#
